- The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 9, 2025 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1. 'Bear River Converters', PLZ-24-2042, an application for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to be located at 1897 West Park Avenue. Applicant - Anna Millsap. 2. 'Far West Environmental', PLZ-24-2044, an application for a conditional use permit for an environmental testing lab office to be located in the Commercial Neighborhood Zone at 12166 South Redwood Road. Applicant - Dawn Sansing with Far West Environmental. 3. 'Joseph White Text Amendment,' PLZ-24-5006, an application requesting a change to the Riverton City Table of Commercial Uses to make 'Reception Centers' a Conditional Use in the Commercial Neighborhood (C-N) Zone. Applicant - Joseph White 4. Riverton City is considering changes to the architectural and design standards for commercial buildings as found in Title 18 'Land Use and Development' of the Riverton City Code. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208- 3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
