1. Advise & Consent for new Planning Commission member to replace Ryan Brady upon his departure, renew existing Commission Member, and appoint Hearing Examiners for an Administrative Enforcement Board.
2. Public Hearing to take public input on the proposed amendment to the fee schedule to update boring and excavation fees.
3. Consider Resolution 2025-01 - A resolution amending the Hyde Park City fee schedule to update boring and excavation fees.
4. Consider the preliminary plat for the Bringhurst Village Subdivision. (4300 N Hwy 91).
5. Consider the preliminary plat for the Brick Capital Assisted Living Project. (550 S Hwy 91).
6. Consider the preliminary plat for the Wolf Pack Place Subdivision. (400 S Hwy 91)
7. Consider the RFP for the City Property on Wolf Pack Way.
