Description/Agenda: The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on 3 December 2024: Ordinance 2024-17 amending certain sections of the Midway City Land Use Code to comply with Utah Senate Bill 174 (2023). A full text of the ordinance is available at the Midway City Recorder's office located in the Midway City Office Building at 75 North 100 West, Midway City, Utah.
