Description/Agenda: NOTICE 2025 MEETING SCHEDULE FOR UTAH MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS Pursuant to Section 52-4-202, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Utah Municipal Power Agency (UMPA), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby gives notice that the Board of Directors 2025 public meetings will be held at 696 West 100 South, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660, at the office of Utah Municipal Power Agency, at the following dates and times except as otherwise provided by the Board of Directors and duly noticed: DATE TIME January 22nd 6:00 pm February 25th TBD March 20th 7:30 am (1) April 23rd 6:00 pm May 28th 6:00 pm June 25th 6:00 pm August 27th 5:30 pm September 24th 6:00 pm October 22nd 6:00 pm December 4th 5:30 pm
