- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST To hear public comment regarding a conditional use permit (CUP) for a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit in an R-4 Single-Family Residential Zone at 1285 South 100 East CONTACT Rachel Coleman, Planning Technician, 801-298-6190 or email at rcoleman@bountiful.gov DATE/TIME AND PLACE The Bountiful Administrative Review Committee will hold a public hearing for this item on Monday, December 30, 2024. The public hearing will start at approximately 5:00 pm at Bountiful City Hall, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah. COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting or may submit testimony in writing to be entered into the record.
