Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, Meeting will begin at 7:30 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah.
The agenda shall be as follows:

ROLL CALL.
7:35 pm DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS.
1. Review and Adoption of the Eureka Subdivision Ordinance and Applications.
2. Review and Decision of Applicants for Request for Qualifications and Quote for Retained Legal Counsel Services.
3. Review and Decision of Applicants for RFP for City Engineer.
4. Review of Environmental Covenants on Eureka Gulch/Railroad Property due to Request from Travis Renzello to purchase.
8:00 pm ADJOURNMENT.
8:05 pm EXECUTIVE SESSION.
1. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
2. Discuss threatened or pending litigation.
