- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 17B-1-609, the Board of Trustees of Utah County Municipal Building Authority of Utah County, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider the amending the 2024 budget; revising estimates or revenues; revising the budget appropriations; and/or transferring unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund of the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County. After the public hearing, the Board of Trustees may amend the 2024 budget; may revise estimates or revenues; may revise the budget appropriations; and/or transfer unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund.
