Approval of the minutes:
Item No. 1 Approval of the Minutes: The Providence City Council will consider for approval the minutes of November 20th, 2024. (MINUTES)

Item No. 2 2024 Holiday Lighting Contest Winners: The Providence City Council will announce this year's Holiday Lighting Contest Winners.
Item No. 3 Excellence in Waste Management Launch Award Presentation: Ryan Snow, City Manager, will conduct the presentation.
Resolutions/Ordinances:
Item No. 4 Ordinance 17-2024 Rinderkencht Rezone: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on an ordinance that rezone parcels 02-088-0010, 02-088-0015 & 02-090-0001. Parcels are located in the area of 5 S Hwy 165 here in Providence. The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding this rezone on August 28th. (APPLICATION) & (ANALYSIS) & (ORDIN. 17-2024)
Item No. 5 Resolution 16-2024 Updated City Fee Schedule: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on a resolution that updates the City's Fee Schedule for the upcoming 2025 calendar year. (RES. 16-2024)
Agreements, Contracts, Bid Awards:
Item. No. 6 South West Sewer Lift Station Bid Award and Reimbursement: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on developments regarding the South West Sewer Lift Station.
Plans and Other Business:
Item No. 7 2025 Providence City Meetings, Events and Holidays Schedule: The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may move forward with approving the city's 2025 Meetings, Events and Holidays schedule. (2025 SCHEDULE)
Item No. 8 City Manager Annual Performance Review (to be held during closed session): The Providence City Council will move to a closed session to do their annual review of the City Manager. Council may discuss and take action on the City Managers compensation and merit bonuses.
