Information (4:40PM) - BAC Roles and Responsibilities Review: Statutory authorities, roles, and responsibilities of the Council Current and comparable By-laws Past functions and activities of Council Information (5:00PM) - Strategic Planning Discussion about: Mission Statement Future goals and objectives Annual and multi-year work plan Boating Advisory Council evaluation Information (5:20PM) - Organization Structure Discussion about: Duties of Council members Committees Council budget Website, social media, outreach (tradeshows, and special events) Council Member Binders Action (4:40PM) - Meetings and Annual Schedule Discussion about: Regular meetings Project site visits Boating activities Adjourn - Close (6:00PM)
