- SUN STONE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE FINAL 2025 BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 17B-1-609 that the Board of Trustees for Sun Stone Infrastructure Financing District will hold a public hearing on December 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM to receive public comment on the District's tentative budget for fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at 8371 S. State Street, Ste. 202, Sandy, UT 84070. The Board will consider the adoption of the tentative budget as the final budget after taking comments from the public during the hearings. The tentative budget is available for review and inspection on the public notice website. You may also obtain copies of tentative budget and submit written comments prior to the public hearing by contacting Jacob Clark at (801) 413-1600. Individuals needing special accommodation should contact Jacob Clark at (801) 413-1600 at least 3 business days before the public hearing.
