9. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing;
a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, to repeal title 11 'Subdivision Regulations' in its entirety and replace with an amended title 11 'Subdivision Regulations'.
b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from Joseph Stucki to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from RCA (Recreational Critical Area) to ROS-1 (Residential Open Space 1 Acre) at property located at approximately 4245 West 6800 South. (Tax Id. #10-048-0035).
10. Review for possible acceptance or rejection of Annexation petition from Tony & Karen Nielson that 62.86 acres located on the South end of Wellsville be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City.
11. Discuss options of allowing City Water and City Sewer to supply utilities to 21 lots outside the Wellsville City limits.
