PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Cache Open Space Advisory Committee will hold a
REGULAR MEETING at 3:30 p.m. in the Cache County Historic Courthouse Council Chambers,
at 199 North Main Street, Logan, Utah 84321, on MONDAY, December 16th, 2024.

1. Welcome, Introductions
2. First Round Application: Discussion and Consideration of an Open Space
Application for Silva Farm and Property, containing parcels 13-002-0014,
13-002-0039, 13-002-0013, and 13-002-0017, approximately 155 acres, located
at approximately 910 South and 800 East in Trenton, Utah, 84338. Applicant:
Adolfo and Leilani Silva
3. Comments from Andrew Crane, Attorney with Cache County Attorney's Office.
Note: No minutes from prior meetings, which had not already been approved, were
ready for approval at the time of the posting of this agenda.
