NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District (the 'District') will hold two public hearings on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the District Offices located at 2580 North Highway 162, Suite D, Eden, Utah 84130. The purpose of the hearings are to:
A. Budget for 2024. Receive public comment on the adoption of a Budget (district operations only) for the calendar year 2024, ending December 31, 2024. All members of the public are invited to attend and give comments on the proposed budget.
B. Budget for 2025. Receive public comment on the 2025 Tentative Budget (district operations only) approved by the Board of Trustees at its meeting held on November 19, 2024. All members of the public are invited to attend and give comments on the proposed budget.

After the public hearings are completed, the District Board of Trustees may adopt resolutions to adopt the 2024 Budget and to adopt the Tentative 2025 Budget as its final budget for the year 2025, may amend either budget, or may take such other action with respect to the budgets as deemed appropriate and in the best interests of the District.
