NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY OF WEBER COUNTY, UT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County will hold a regular meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Call to Order - Chair Bolos B. Consent - Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held April 9, 2024. C. Public Comments - (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) D. Action - 1. Request for approval of a Resolution of an Inter-local Agreement by and between the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County and Weber County regarding the Nordic Village Reinvestment Project Area Presenter: Stephanie Russell 2. Request for approval of a Resolution of an Inter-local Agreement by and between the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County and Weber School District regarding the Nordic Village Reinvestment Project Area Presenter: Stephanie Russell 3. Request for approval of a Resolution of an Inter-local Agreement by and between the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County and Weber Fire District regarding the Nordic Village Reinvestment Project Area Presenter: Stephanie Russell 4. Request for approval of a Resolution of an Inter-local Agreement by and between the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County and Weber Basin Water Conservancy District regarding the Nordic Village Reinvestment Project Area. Presenter: Stephanie Russell E. Public Hearing - 1. Request for a motion to adjourn the public meeting and convene a public hearing. 2. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearing and reconvene public meeting. 5. Action on public hearing E2- Request for approval of a resolution to adopt the Nordic Village Project Area Plan and Budget. F.
