ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Thursday, December 12, 2024 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its regular meeting on December 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approval of Bills and Warrants 5. Approval of Novembers Regular Session Minutes 6. Public Comments (3min) 7. Discuss possible sub division- McKoy Allred. 8. Approve/Deny Donation for American Legion. 9. Approve/Deny- Utility Credit for Mike Humphrey in amount of $50.00. 10. Discuss/Approve/Deny- Emery County School District Water Share Contract Continuance. 11. Ratify: - Bonus Check Amounts 12. Approve / Deny- Control Board Part for the Parks Marquee in amount of $2,100.00 plus labor. 13. Staff Reports 14. Council Reports 15. Mayor's Report 16. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
