Description/Agenda: The Riverton City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2024 beginning at 2:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1) McCay Variance Request, Daniel McCay has submitted a request for a variance on property located at 2682 West 13400 South to allow the following: a) Allow an accessory structure to be flush with the main unit instead of 10' offset. b) Permit accessory structure square footage to be based on land parcel size including road c) Permit second driveway to be within 25' of first driveway. This meeting is open to the public. A written record of decision will be provided once prepared by the Board. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3141.
