December 12th, 2024 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees, Maeser Water Improvement District will be held at 1:00 P.M. December 12th, 2024 AGENDA: 1. Opening prayer. 2. Pledge of allegiance. 3. Public attendees. Craig Nebeker Horrocks Engineering, Bart Jensen, Jones & Demille Engineering 4. Approve November 14th, 2024 meeting minutes. 5. Follow up November minutes: Burdick waterline extension Board member training 'open and Public Meetings' 2024 completed 6. Report from staff: 7. Water Right Committee: Report on meeting held by water users to discuss Schedule II of the Ashley Creek Distribution system. 8. Sewer board report: 9. Safety: Slips Trips, and falls 10. New Business: Approve payment to Burdick Material Maeser waters portion for construction of 10' waterline from the Painted Hills tank to plant. $ 378,347.52 and approve transfer of funds. Approve and sign land purchase agreement to purchase land from Uintah School District $ 77,902.50 Approve transfer of funds. Review and approve Public meeting dates for 2025 11 Closed Session: Motion to go into closed session for the purpose of Purchase, exchange, and lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if such discussion discloses the value or prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms. 12. Review of bills paid from 11/01/2024 to 11/30/2024. 13. Adjourn.
