- Advertisement for Bid Brigham City Corporation Library Restroom Remodel 26 East Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah Description of Work: Demolition of current multi-use restrooms to construct 4 single use restrooms, including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, windows, brick, tile and carpet. Full scope of work will be discussed, and blueprints handed out, at a mandatory pre-bid meeting held on January 6, 2025 at the Brigham City Library. Please direct all project questions to Kelly Andrew, Facilities Manager at (435) 734-6618. For complete RFP, please visit https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities. Receipt of Bids: Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Library Restroom Remodel.' Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Recorder at 20 North Main Street, Brigham City Utah until 2:00 p.m. on January 21, 2025. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted
