- In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on December 9, 2024: Ordinance 24-53, Adopting Millcreek's 2025 Regular Meeting Schedule. This ordinance sets the 2025 meeting schedule for the City Council, Community Reinvestment Agency, Planning Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, and Millcreek Community Foundation. Ordinance 24-54, Amending Financial Administration Code Sections 2.22.040 and 2.22.050, Amending Purchase Approval Thresholds. This ordinance amends code to increase the financial thresholds for purchasing services and supplies.
