Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing to receive comments about a potential change to the Town of Daniel Municipal Code to adopt an ordinance to comply with the State of Utah regulations for subdivision approval. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City. The Town of Daniel Municipal Code is available on the Town website at danielutah.org or by calling Kim Crittenden at 435-654-5062. Comments and/or concerns may also be submitted by email at clerk@danielutah.org or mailed to 1375 South Daniel Road, Suite 8, Heber City, UT 84032. Submitted comments must be received at least 48 hours before the public hearing.
