Call to Order 2. Review and Approval of Ephraim City RAP Minutes from December 13, 2023, and June 12, 2024. 3. Review and Discussion of Grant Reports for Projects Approved during the June 2024 RAP Tax Meeting. a. Ephraim City Library- $ 1,300 (ARTS) for the summer reading program b. EPHRAIM CITY PUBLIC WORKS- $12,000 (Parks) for the ten picnic tables at Family Park. 4. Discussion of Applications Received for the December 2024 Review. a. Ephraim City Recreation b. Ephraim Public Library 5. Discussion and Approval of the Recommendation for the Disbursement of RAP Tax Funds to the Ephraim City Council. 6.
