Public Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Transportation Advisory Board of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows: The Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) will meet in 2025 on the 1st or 2nd Monday of each month on the following schedule: January 13th, February 3rd, March 10th, April 7th, May 5th, June 9th, August 4th, September 8th, October 6th, November 3rd, and December 1st. All meetings will be held 4-5:30 p.m. except for January and June at 5-6:30 p.m. The January, March, June, and September meetings will be held jointly with the Bicycle Advisory Committee. There is no meeting in July. The Meetings are currently being held in a hybrid format. Participants may join electronically or in person, at Plaza 349, 349 South 200 East, Suite 150, Salt Lake City, Utah. All meetings of the Transportation Advisory Board are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 78B-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of each TAB meeting is given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: - State of Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Meetings may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements. Notice: - People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodations at least three working days before a meeting by calling Amy Lyons at 801-535-6630. Accommodations may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. - Plaza 349 is an accessible facility with an entrance located on the 1st parking level on the east side of the building. - In accordance with State statute, City ordinance and TAB policy, meetings may be held electronically or when in person, one or more Board Members may be connected via speakerphone.
