NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE DISTRICT'S FINAL OPERATING, DEBT SERVICE, AND CAPITAL BUDGETS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 AND CALENDAR YEAR 2025
The Board of Trustees of 10th and Main Public Infrastructure District will hold a public hearing at 2:00pm on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the office of York Howell, 10610 South Jordan Gateway, Suite 200, South Jordan, Utah 84095.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's tentative operating, debt service, and capital budgets for calendar year 2024 and calendar year 2025 adopted on November 14, 2024, which are now being amended to reflect the bond transaction closing in 2025 rather than 2024 and to adopt these budgets as the final budgets, as amended.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budgets of any fund.
The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance. Persons requesting accommodations for public meetings should call Ashley Tedesco at 801-527-1023 at least one (1) full business day before the meeting.
