SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF 10TH AND MAIN PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON
MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2024 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on November 14, 2024.
D. Public Hearing
1. Take public comment on the tentative operating, debt service, and capital budgets for calendar year 2024 and calendar year 2025 adopted on November 14, 2024, which are now being amended to reflect the bond transaction closing in 2025 rather than 2024 and to adopt these budgets as the final budgets, as amended.
E. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2024-08: A resolution adopting final budgets for calendar year 2024 and calendar year 2025.
2. Consider approval and ratification of the Chair's signing of the proposal and/or engagement agreement from the Connextion Group for engineering cost certification services.
3. Consider approval of renewal of Pinnacle engagement and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreement with Respect to Special District Professional Services.
4. Consider approval of renewal of York Howell engagement and authorize the Chair to sign the engagement letter.
5. Consider adoption of annual board meeting calendar for 2025.
F. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business.
