- Military Installation Development Authority Golf and Equestrian Center Public Infrastructure District 2025 Annual Meeting Schedule MIDA Golf and Equestrian Center PID Meetings are held quarterly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 2:30 p.m. Location: There is no physical location for these meetings.
