- EASTLAND SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT--Meeting Agenda Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM MST At the Eastland Schoolhouse 1- Vote: Approval of previous meeting minutes (9/10/2024 meeting) 2- Public Comment: Time for citizens to address Board on matters not on the agenda. Comments should be limited to matters within the jurisdiction of the Board. If your comment concerns item on agenda please address the Board after that item is open for public comment. Chair may limit the duration of each speaker to 3 minutes. Discussion Items 1-Update: New well/preliminary target assessment-Alysen Tarrant (Lisbon Valley Mine) 2-Update-ESSD Water Rights (WR 09-400 permanent and 09-2163 Fixed Time Renewal or more permanent rights from San Juan Water Conservancy District) -Janet 3-Update: Operating Permits-4--Sampling plan needed-Janet 4-Update: Current DEQ IPS Report (fixes needed after sanitary survey 9/18/24 by Curtis Page and on IPS Report)--Janet/Zach 5-Update-New computer/Software Pelorus set up timeline-Janet 6-Update: Water pressure needed for fire-Warren Action Items 7- Discussion/Vote:: YTD Financials 2024 YTD/2025 Proposed Budget-Misti/Diane 8- Discussion/Vote: New Hires-Bookeeper & System Manager (possible rate increase)-Janet 9-Discussion/Vote: How to handle overage billings for past year-Janet/Diane 10-Discussion/Vote: South end booster station fix possible cost ($3k-$40k)-Jeremy 11- Discussion/Vote: Online accept payments and payout policy/process-Janet/Diane 12-Vote: Possible Budget adjustments 2025--Janet/Diane South end Booster station Fix-$3k-40k Possible System manager cost increase-Janet/all Cost to repair main water stand and Long Draw stand--$???-Kay Cost to fix system deficiencies-???
