PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE WASATCH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2024 AT 9:00 A.M. AS AN ELECTRONIC MEETING WITH THE ANCHOR LOCATION FOR SAID MEETING TO BE IN THE BOARD ROOM OF THE: WASATCH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WESTPARK BUILDING 750 NORTH FREEDOM BLVD. PROVO, UTAH 84601 CONSENT AGENDA Approve the minutes of the October 22, 2024, Governing Authority Board Meeting. REGULAR AGENDA 1. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Datagain (DIMS). 2. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Mountainlands Community Health Center. 3. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Sam and Ragan LLP, dba Gumtree Therapy. 4. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Aldea Healing Center. 5. Approve and authorize the signing of an agreement with the Department of Workforce Services for the Interagency Agreement FY25-FY27 State Homeless Funding and authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement through DocuSign. 6. Approve and authorize the signing of an agreement with the Department of Workforce Services for the Interagency Agreement Winter Response FY25 and authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement through DocuSign. 7. Adopt Annual Notice of Regular Meeting Schedule of the Governing Authority Board of the Wasatch Behavioral Health Special Service District for the year 2025. 8. Approve the Financial Report for August, September, and October 2024. 9. Approve the Expenditure Report for August, September, and October 2024. 10. Approve pay scale reflecting 2% COLA starting December 29, 2024. 11. Approve ONE-TIME Retro Salary Adjustment 12. Discuss DRAFT of FY 2025 Staff Retention Plan 13. Director's Briefing/ QUAPI Report. 14. Invitation to WBH Holiday and Employee Awards Luncheon on Friday, December 20th, 2024 held at noon at the Utah Valley Convention Center. 15. Approve Reduction of Force (RIF) for WBH Supported Residential Treatment (SRT) program. 16. Approve and Set a Date, Time, and Location for a Closed Meeting to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual or Individuals (Suggested for today's date, at this location, following the completion of the regular agenda and work session agenda items) (Announce the vote of each Commissioner). 17. Approve and Set a Date, Time, and Location for a Closed Meeting for a Strategy Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation (Suggested for today's date, at this location, following the completion of the regular agenda and work session agenda items) (Announce the vote of each Commissioner). 18.
