F. AGENDA ITEMS:
1. PLANNING COMMISSION APPOINTMENT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will give their Advice and Consent for the reappointment of Jeff Morgan for a 5-year term on the Planning Commission.
2. PRESENTATION OF THE PROTEST PERIOD RESULTS FOR THE 2024-3 (275 EAST) SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREA. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will receive the protest results for the 275 East SAA.
3. CONSTRUCTION MITIGATION ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider a policy for Construction Mitigation.
4. FISCAL YEAR 2025 CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE AMENDMENT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The council will consider a resolution amending the FY2025 Consolidated Fee Schedule.
5. 2025 TOWN COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE APPROVAL. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will approve their 2025 Meeting Schedule.
6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas.
