Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center 43 East Main, Rockville, Utah.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
Public Comment - Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.org. Written comments will be published on the Town's website the Friday prior to the Planning Commission meeting.
4. Consideration and Possible Approval of a Swimming Pool at 260 E. 75 S (Cody's Place Minor Subdivision)-Dennis Brooks-TJ Rees
5. Approval of the minutes for the November 12, 2024, Regular Meeting.
6. Review and Formal Recommendation for the Proposed Subdivision Ordinance as required by State Law

7. Review of Current Simple Building Permits being issued

9. Planning Commission Administrative Business
