Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday December 18, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. 1. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, to repeal title 11 'Subdivision Regulations' in its entirety and replace with an amended title 11 'Subdivision Regulations'. 2. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from Joseph Stucki to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from RCA (Recreational Critical Area) to ROS-1 (Residential Open Space 1 Acre) at property located at approximately 4245 West 6800 South. (Tax Id. #10-048-0035).
