Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ballard City Planning and Zoning will be conducting a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed zone change for property located at approximately 189 S. 2500 E in Ballard Utah. The Zone will go from Commercial 3 to RM1. The proposed use of the property will be to build townhomes on the 8 acres. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, at 6 p.m. in the Ballard City Offices, located at 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard UT. All members of the public are invited to attend. Compliance with the Americans With Disability Act. Individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify Secretary Kaelyn Meyers at 435-722-3393.
