Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE RICHFIELD MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to '52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Richfield Municipal Building Authority of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, in the Council Chambers of the Richfield City office building located at the City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Business Considerations. a. Public hearing to receive comments with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $6,000,000 and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of a swimming pool and related improvements. 2. Meeting Adjourn.
