NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
SALT LAKE CITY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
The SALT LAKE CITY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The SALT LAKE CITY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $624,000 residence would increase from $50.45 to$60.29, which is $9.84 per year.
- The SALT LAKE CITY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $624,000 business would increase from $91.73 to$109.62, which is $17.89 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, SALT LAKE CITY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 19.50% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
