- Fairfield Planning Commission 2025 Meeting Schedule Regular Planning Commission meetings are generally held on the 1st Wednesday of each month unless there is a conflict with a holiday or event. Meetings begin at 7 pm at the Town Hall, 103 East Main Street, Fairfield, Utah 84013. A meeting may be canceled or re-scheduled, and a special session may be scheduled as a publicly notice. Please refer to the agenda and meeting packet material that was publicly noticed on the Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/ or the Town website https://fairfieldtown-ut.gov/meetings/.
