- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE- The Town of Daniel is giving notice of a public hearing during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wed Dec. 18, 2024, at 7 pm and the Town Council Meeting on Mon., Jan. 6, 2025, at 6 pm, at 55 South 500 East Conference Room B, Heber City, UT. Public comments will be heard in consideration of a Zone Change Application submitted by Drew Reilly for parcel #20-4384 (487 Cobble Creel Lane, Daniel) from P-160 to RA-5 for a 5-acre lot with a home. Notices of the public hearing for the zone change have been mailed to all property owners within 500 Ft., however, the Town of Daniel welcomes comments from all neighbors. The Town of Daniel Code can be viewed at www.danielutah.org under Town Codes or by contacting Kim Crittenden, Clerk/Recorder at 435-654-5062. Comments and/or concerns may also be submitted by email to clerk@danielutah.org or mailed to 1375 South Daniel Road, Suite 8, Heber City, UT 84032.
