NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RIDGES ESTATES INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2024 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on November 11, 2024.
D. Public Hearing
1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on November 11, 2024, which is proposed to be adopted as the final budget for calendar year 2024 and calendar year 2025.
E. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2024-06: A resolution adopting a final budget for calendar year 2024 and calendar year 2025.
2. Consider approval of the Letter Agreement for Investment Banking Services between the District and D.A. Davidson, and authorizing the District Chair to sign.
3. Consider approval of renewal of York Howell engagement and authorize the Chair to sign the engagement letter.
4. Consider adoption of annual board meeting calendar for 2025.
F. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business.
