- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Oath of Office. 4. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor/Training for Planning Commission. 5. Review/Discussion of Annual Meeting Schedule for the Eureka Planning Commission. 6. Appointment of Planning Commission Chair and Secretary. 7. Discussion/Set Date for Public Hearing for the purpose of accepting comments concerning amendments to the City's Land Management and Development Code. 8. Discussion on what City should charge for Property. 9. Other Business. 10. Adjournment.
