Description/Agenda: Brian Head Town Special Tax Assessment Area 2024-03 (275 East) Protest Period Summary The proposed Brian Head Town Special Tax Assessment 2024-03 (275 East) solicited written protests from parcel owners within the area for a period of 60 days, ranging from October 8, 2024, through December 9, 2024. A public meeting will be held on December 10,2024 at 1:00 PM MST in the Brian Head Town Council Chambers to review the following protests results: 21 lots total in the area, with 2 (two) protests received, for a total of 9.5% of the area.
