- Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting December 12, 2024 - 7: 00 p.m. Plain City Cemetery Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Clint Barney/Sexton Top Tier Yard Care/Caretaker Andrew Stockmaster/Maint. Supervisor Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held November 14, 2024. Open Public Hearing Public Comments Close Public Hearing 2. Review, discuss and adopt the 2025 final budget for the Plain City Cemetery District. 3. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. 4. Weber County Commissioners reinstated Ross Taylor, Brent Weston, and Joel Freestone as Board Members of the Plain City Cemetery District for another term ending Dec. 31.2028. Resolution 54-2024. 5. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 6. Adjourn.
