Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to the provisions of Utah Code Title 17B-1-609 annotated the Board of Trusties of Maeser Water Improvement District will conduct a public hearing at 1:00 P.M. December 12th, 2024 at the District office located at 1063n 2500w Vernal Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the adoption of a resolution establishing Fiscal Year 2025 Operating budget of approximately $ 1,896,800.The tentative budget is available for inspection on the districts web site at maeserwater.com and at the district office from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. Written comment will be accepted up to the start of the public hearing. Maeser Water District office is equipped for persons with disabilities.
