- The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on December 3, 2024. ORD. 24-21 - BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT - An ordinance adjusting the boundary between the City of Logan and the City of Providence. ORD. 24-23 - REZONE - Consideration of a proposed rezone (Jed Willets) of approximately 1.80 acres of property located at 1360 North 200 West from Mixed Residential Low (MR-12) to Mixed Residential Medium (MR-20). ORD. 24-24 - LOGAN MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT - An ordinance amending Logan Municipal Code Section 2.19.010 'Police Officer, Firefighter and Fire Officer Residency Requirements'. ORD. 24-25 - ANNEXATION - An ordinance for an annexation petition filed by Steven C. Taylor on behalf of RC Smithfield LLC, Above Tree Line Properties LLC, George L. Talbot Trust and Knowles Development LLC. Property located on the East side of 1000 West at approximately 2200 North, consisting of approximately 57.99 acres. ORD. 24-26 - RIGHT OF WAY VACATION - An ordinance vacating the Public Right of Way 600 South 100 West. These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication.
