Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoption
The following ordinance has been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2024-19
An ordinance re-enacting a local sales and use tax in the amount of one-tenth of one percent to assist in funding items such as the Clearfield Community Arts Center, the Clearfield Aquatic Center, and the Community Plaza Park at Clearfield Station, as well as other parks, arts, recreation, aquatics, and/or trails ('PARAT') facilities, programs, and organizations.
