Planning and Zoning Public Hearing Pending Minutes for November 6, 2024 The Public Hearing of the Cleveland Town Planning and Zoning Commission was held at the Public Safety Building located at 130 W Main in Cleveland, Utah, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 7:00 pm. Those in attendance were: Chair Tracy Randall, Tyler Rowley, Nancy Livingston. Mayor Shawna Horrocks were in attendance. Public attendance: Seth Huntington. Called to order at 7:04 pm Flag Ceremony led by Chair Tracy Randall. Public Comments: None Item #1: Receive comments/questions about the amended Subdivision Code. No public comments given. Item #2.
