NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Wellington City will hold a regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday December 4, 2024 at the Wellington City Hall located at 150 West Main Street in Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 5:30 P.M. and the agenda shall be as follows: Agenda Item 1: Roll Call Agenda Item 2: Approval of Minutes Agenda Item 3: Review of applicant for vacant seat of alternate commissioner Agenda Item 4: Review Bernie Morris lot variance Agenda Item 5: Planning and Zoning meetings for 2025 (first Wednesday of January is the 1st, New Years day) Agenda item 6: Review and approve Subdivision Plan. Possibly a brief introduction to Wellington City General Plan. Agenda Item 7: Discussion of tiny homes and other issues discussed briefly in last month's meeting. Discuss the possibility of rezoning Wellington Municipal Corp property by the pond to high-capacity housing for tiny home housing area. Agenda Item 8: Meeting recording and minute taking responsibilities Agenda Item 9: Education of Planning and Zoning commissioners Agenda Item 10:Officially determine term end dates. Agenda Item 11:Camp spots at the pond. Fees for spots. Grant for road to pond. Agenda Item 12:Look at ordinance for RV living on private property Agenda item 13:City Council Follow Up Agenda item 14:Adjourn Barbara Clendennen Planning and Zoning Commissioner and Secretary
