- PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elsinore Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2024, 6:30 PUBLIC HEARING for the Subdivision Ordinance and an Ordinance for Ditches and Culverts at the Elsinore Town Hall at 35 W. Main St., Elsinore, Utah. FOLLOWING will be a PUBLIC HEARING to Open the 2024-2025 Budget to increase the budget. Increase General Fund Revenue #3890 $104,100 Increase Capital Projects Revenues & Expense $104,100 Following will be the Regular Town Council Meeting.
