PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Deseret Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-16 (the 'Districts'), will hold a meeting of the Boards on the 9th day of December, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m., at 183 E. Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Boards shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the November 5, 2024, regular board meeting (enclosure).
D. Consider approval of a tentative District board meeting schedule for calendar year 2025 (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Conduct public hearing on the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and consider adoption of the same (enclosure).
III. MANAGER MATTERS
A. Review and consider approval of CLA Statements of Work for 2025 (enclosure).
