NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT
DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah, will hold its monthly open Board of Trustees' meeting and a Public Hearing at the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, pursuant to the District's Electronic Board Meeting Policies and Procedures. It is anticipated that one or more members of the Board of Trustees will be participating by electronic means. No electronic means will be available for the public and other interested persons to participate in the board meeting. The board meeting will commence at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
The agenda for the Regular Meeting consists of the following:
A. Approval of minutes of November 6th, 2024
B. Manager's Report (for discussion and approval)
- Approval of November District Expenses
- Approval of 2025 Trustees' Meeting Schedule
The agenda for the Public Hearing consists of the following:
A. Approval of Districts' 2025 Budget
- Explanation of Special Meter Assessment
B. Input from interested parties (max 3 minutes each)
