- Budget Notice Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Ouray Park Water Improvement District will hold their 2024 Budget Re-opening & 2025 Budget hearing at the Avalon Community Building 14255 E. 4750 S. Randlett, Ut 84063 on Dec17, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. with regular scheduled meeting following. The budget for all funds will be available for public inspection upon request.
