PUBLIC INPUT/ REPORTS (Limited to three (3) minutes) Non-Agenda Items
E. AGENDA ITEMS:
1. APPROVAL OF A BUILDING/GRADING PERMIT FOR ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER.: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. Rocky Mountain Power hired Bulloch Dirt Works to prepare their substation site on Highway 143. Planning Commission will review their application for a Grading Permit in order to take Administrative Action.
2. APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 339 SPRUCE ST.: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. The Commission will consider an amendment to a CUP for fuel tanks and review of existing conditions.
3. 2025 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULE: Ciera Claridge, Deputy Clerk. The Planning Commission will approve the 2025 meeting schedule.
