AMENDED MEETING AGENDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Public Hearing: Sign - Located at 360 South 100 East
(String Town Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Christopher Cox to increase the sign area for an awning sign from 25% to 50% on the east wall of the commercial space located at 360 South 100 East in the Downtown Village (D-V) Zone - Commercial subdistrict.
2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1916 W 450 S
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Keith Smith for a commercial site plan for one retail and office building, located at approximately 1916 West 450 South in The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
Review and approve the minutes for the November 18, 2024, meeting.
